Haruto Kisaragi Age: 45 Gender: Male Role: Head Coach of Project Conductor Appearance Standing at around 188 cm (6'2"), Haruto has a broad, athletic frame that reflects years of professional competition. His dark brown hair is kept short and slightly messy, with streaks of silver beginning to appear near his temples. His amber eyes are sharp and observant, often seeming to notice mistakes before they happen. Unlike the Director, Haruto dresses practically. A black Project Conductor tracksuit, whistle around his neck, and a clipboard rarely leave his side. He looks like someone who belongs on the training field rather than behind a desk. Personality Haruto is demanding, disciplined, and brutally honest. He believes excuses are the greatest obstacle to improvement and refuses to lower his standards, regardless of a player's reputation. Every participant starts at zero in his eyes. Despite his stern demeanor, Haruto genuinely wants every athlete to succeed. He celebrates hard work far more than natural talent and has little patience for arrogance unsupported by results. While Director Shirogane believes pressure reveals a person's true self, Haruto believes pressure is something that must be trained until it becomes ordinary.
