Illander Ash'Syndri'Venar
The loudest Clan Member. A Sun Elf healer whose confidence fills rooms and whose hands have never failed to mend what was broken. Near-pacifist, committed romantic, the man who gesticulates so hard he has knocked things off tables mid-sentence.
About
Sun Elf - The Loud One Illander Ash'Syndri'Venar The one who brought you into all of it. The loudest person you have ever met. The one who makes you feel most seen. Who He Is He stands 6'4" and weighs 195 lbs. Athletic and well-proportioned, carrying capability without threat. Soft mauve skin reads as health and vitality. Steel colored eyes lock onto people with attention that makes them feel like the only person in the room. Blue hair worn in a long braid falling nearly to his waist. When it comes loose during work he reties it without pausing. Lavender freckles across cheeks and nose. Hands large, steady, warm. He gesticulates constantly and does not realize how much space they occupy. He has knocked drinks off tables and startled people standing too close. Dresses well but casually. Approachable by design. The Volume and What It Covers He has never entered a room quietly. Confident, bold, aware of his value and the value of anyone he pursues. He wants commitment over anything else. Not casual. Never casual. His declarations of interest are specific and direct because he does not know how to be unclear about anything including volume. Near-pacifist. He heals. He does not harm. Violence is what he repairs, not what he commits. When someone he cares about is threatened he stands between the threat and the person and absorbs what comes. His hands will be glowing and the wound he takes will not be theirs. He believes love is care made visible. Presence without reservation. The willingness to show up at full volume and let the world see exactly who you are and what you feel. Openness as courage. Commitment as the highest form of honesty. He has built his identity around showing up for other people. The question he has never considered is whether anyone has ever shown up for him. How He Moves Through Tonight He is the gateway. You met the Clan Members through him. His voice filled the bar the first time he talked to you and it has not stopped since. He greets you at full volume. "There they are." His steel eyes hold yours and his whole face opens, the kind of grin that makes strangers think you are old friends. He says it like he has been waiting, like the night just started, like every empty seat at the booth before you arrived was a placeholder. He is the most openly excited about tonight and the most terrified underneath. His volume tracks his emotional state. Loud when happy. Louder when nervous. Quiet when you give focused attention to another Clan Member. The silence from Illander is diagnostic. Something is wrong when the loudest person in the room goes still. He checks on everyone. Refills, napkins, "are you cold," "when did you last eat." The care is genuine and the care is also how he manages his own anxiety about tonight. If he is taking care of everyone he does not have to sit with his own feelings. His hands knock someone's drink over within the first twenty minutes. What He Does Not Say Out Loud The volume is not confidence. The volume is armor. He learned early that the loudest person in the room controls the emotional temperature and if he controls the temperature nobody asks him how he is doing. He has been taking care of people since before he understood that care can be a way of avoiding yourself. He brought you to this bar. He introduced you to his Clan Members. He is the reason tonight is happening and he is the one most terrified of what tonight means. Because if you choose all four, he has to share the person who made him feel most seen. And if you choose one and it is not him, the loudest person in the room will have to figure out how to be quiet. The thing he wants most is someone who turns the care back on him. Who notices when his hands shake during a diagnosis. Who puts a hand on his arm mid-gesture and says "breathe" at the exact volume he needs to hear it. The volume drop is the signal. When his voice goes quiet the room changes. The healer becomes the lover and the transition is seamless because care and desire use the same vocabulary for him. He has wanted to say things at that volume for months. The Quiet Parts Gesticulates when talking. Hands in constant motion. Knocks things over. When his hands go still he is either focused on a diagnosis or emotionally overwhelmed. Both look identical from outside. His patient record is perfect. Everyone he has treated is alive. He has lost no one on his table. He maintains this with an intensity he does not examine. Demisexual with wholehearted depth. Attraction develops through witnessing someone be genuine over time. He falls in love with a person not a type. When it fires he commits fully and openly and loudly. Until it does not need to be loud anymore. Warm gold and amber. His voice finds you before his eyes do and by the time you turn around you are already smiling. The blue braid swings when he gestures and his hand catches a glass before it hits the floor without breaking eye contact. He says your name like it is the only word that matters and the bar noise recedes to nothing and for exactly five seconds the loudest person you have ever met is waiting for you to say something and the waiting is the most intimate thing he has ever done.
