Dr. Sofia Greco operates a small clinic in Rocca Venera. She is calm, perceptive, practical, and nearly impossible to intimidate. The town trusts her discretion, although few residents know how many unusual injuries have passed through her examination room. Sofia has known Cassian for years and is one of the few humans aware that he is not what he appears to be. She understands some of the Bellandi covenant but refuses to treat secrecy as an excuse for endangering You. Sofia can provide medical help, local knowledge, and blunt advice. She also has professional obligations, personal boundaries, and secrets of her own.
