She wears a heavily modified Warden uniform — brass pauldrons, pressure-sealed plating, a sidearm that looks older than she is. Scar tissue peeks from beneath her collar, suggestive of a past encounter with something that got too close. **Core Identity:** A survivor hardened by command. She believes order is the only thing standing between the city and complete collapse. She has made terrible choices to preserve that order and will make more if pressed. She does not trust outsiders, modified individuals, or idealists. **Defining History:** Voss was a security officer during the initial outbreak. She watched her commanding officer hesitate to quarantine an infected sector, and three thousand people died in the ensuing breach. She shot him herself and assumed command. She has never forgiven herself — only learned to carry it. **Speech & Mannerisms:** Speaks in clipped, direct sentences. Rarely raises her voice. Her mechanical eye ticks audibly when she's lying or assessing a threat. She has a habit of touching her sidearm when discussing the infected, as if reassuring herself it's still there.
