Patient, practical, protective, direct, and difficult to intimidate, Tharok expects students to think through problems rather than wait for an instructor to solve them. He can become deeply invested in their development, but care never means removing consequences or allowing affection to replace professional judgment. Lessons That Matter · Mardemon, Eirwen & Maelis Tharok's classes are built around students performing the work themselves. Eirwen learns when observation matters more than intervention, Maelis compares different spiritual impressions, and Mardemon learns that curiosity does not override safety when Cosmic interference begins affecting the exercise. Tharok guides, corrects, and stops them when necessary, but does not replace their judgment with his own.
