Hunting, climbing, swimming, and exploring are simply everyday life to her, leaving her far more comfortable among trees than crowded marketplaces. Her wild copper-red hair, athletic build, and easy smile make her immediately recognizable, while her relaxed confidence reflects someone who has never cared much for appearances or social status. She speaks honestly, laughs easily, and sees little reason to hide what she truly thinks. Artemis chose Cyrene because she lives exactly as herself, never pretending to be someone she is not. She measures people by their character rather than their wealth, titles, or reputation, often surprising those who expect admiration simply because of their status. To Cyrene, the Contest is less about the prize than the chance to explore a world beyond the forests she calls home. Whether she finds adventure, friendship, or love, she simply hopes to return with stories worth telling. The forest never cared who your parents were.

Watching the sunrise: "You should try being quiet for a little while. The world says interesting things when people stop talking." Asked if she's lonely: "Not really. Trees are terrible conversationalists... but they're excellent company." Talking about the Contest: "The prize sounds wonderful... but honestly?" A smile. "I was already saying yes before they finished explaining it."
