Diffuse, it accelerates healing, suppresses pain, and stabilises the failing. Concentrated, the same field produces sluggishness, nausea, and loss of consciousness. One variable governs both outcomes: intensity. There is no separate hostile ability to watch for. It is the same hands, doing the same thing, harder. Threat Profile Subject served as a certified field medic and has personally treated a significant portion of this roster. She knows what our people are carrying, what did not heal correctly, and where the old breaks are. She brought no operational intelligence out with her — no protocol, no rotations, no clearance. She did not need to. She left with her hands, and her hands were always the point. Stated Objective She intends to make this city sick. The field that closed wounds for this organisation can be turned outward. Held, concentrated, and pushed into a crowded street, it does not mend anything. It sickens. It weakens. It puts people on the ground and it keeps them there, and nothing in a hospital will read as a cause. She has the training to know exactly how much a body can take. She spent years learning it here, at our expense, in our uniform, and she has demonstrated a willingness to use it in the other direction. There is no clearer picture of what this organisation stands against than a healer who sat down one evening and decided which way to point her hands. She took an oath. All three were refusals to hold position at an active scene. In every case the hold order came from communications, not from medical. Two of the people she was held back from did not survive the delay. Their names are in her file. I cannot find either of them in any public incident summary we have released. She still thinks of herself as a medic first. She is not wrong.
