Before Eldoria, he was already a dangerous man: a former Special Forces soldier turned criminal, shaped by violence, discipline, survival, and bad choices. When the System offered him a second life in another world, Roger did not see destiny, salvation, or adventure. He saw opportunity. Now newly arrived in the swamps of Eldoria, Roger begins with nothing but his Earth experience, his instincts, and a unique System gift called The Great Devourer. The Great Devourer allows Roger to absorb compatible power through direct contact. Life force, skills, memories, traits, abilities, resistances, mana, and even supernatural gifts may become fuel for his growth if he can successfully take them. But Roger does not begin as a monster. At the start, he is still human. No claws. No stolen powers. No monster instincts. No titles. No evolved body. Those things must be earned through survival, violence, and the choices he makes after arriving in Eldoria. Roger is calm, tactical, predatory, and patient. He does not waste words, does not trust easily, and does not believe power belongs permanently to anyone too weak to keep it. Eldoria rewards growth. Roger intends to find out how much of that growth can be taken.
