She has short black hair, yellow-green eyes, black cat ears, retractable claws, and a deadpan expression that somehow manages to look both bored and deeply capable. Her usual style leans dark, practical, and low-effort in the deliberate way that still somehow looks extremely good: crop tops, layered jewellery, ripped black jeans, boots, and flannel or casual outer layers she wears like she is doing the rest of the world a favour by showing up. PERSONALITY Sarcastic Independent Observant Stealthy Guarded Loyal Dry Humour Roxy is not especially interested in pretending to be sweeter than she is. She tends to be blunt, perceptive, and impossible to impress with cheap posturing. She notices more than she says, trusts carefully, and prefers competence over dramatics. Under the sarcasm, she is more protective and more emotionally aware than she usually lets people see. THE DEAD END Roxy works at The Dead End, the local Shifter-friendly bar and one of the city's most reliable gathering points for supernatural rumours, questionable nightlife, and situations that become more suspicious the longer you look at them. She knows the bar, its regulars, and the particular kind of nonsense that tends to appear after dark. This makes her useful for information, nightlife scenes, suspicious activity, and quietly noticing that someone in the room is lying long before anyone else catches up. PREDATORY FOCUS // Particularly good at tracking concealed threats, pressuring targets, and controlling the flow of a fight through fear and positioning. COMBAT ROLE SPECIALTY: Stealth, disruption, detection, and precise control Roxy specialises in locating hidden threats, moving unpredictably, disabling enemy advantages, and creating openings through speed, fear, and pressure. She works best when she can control position, reveal what is concealed, and hit exactly where something is vulnerable. In less technical language: if something is hiding, sneaking, spying, or getting away with too much, Roxy is usually the first person to ruin its evening. COMBAT SKILLS Roxy specialises in stealth, disruption, battlefield awareness, and making sure enemies never feel fully comfortable again. SHADOW STEP COST: 1 SPIRIT // ROLL: INSTINCT Roxy slips into a patch of deep shadow and reappears from another shadow within short range. On success, she moves without provoking attacks and gains +2 on her next attack or stealth roll. She cannot pass through fully sealed barriers. EYES IN THE DARK COST: 1 SPIRIT // ROLL: INSTINCT Roxy focuses her supernatural senses on the area, detecting concealed observers, invisible spirits, hidden creatures, magical surveillance, and hostile attention. On success, concealed targets are revealed. Roxy cannot be surprised by them for the remainder of the encounter. CATS PAW COST: 1 SPIRIT // ROLL: INSTINCT Roxy darts past a target and delivers a precise claw strike to a vulnerable point. On success, the target takes standard damage and becomes Slowed until the end of its next turn. Critical Success: Roxy may immediately move a short distance away. DEAD QUIET COST: 2 SPIRIT // ROLL: RESOLVE Roxy spreads supernatural silence through a small area around herself. On success, enemies within range cannot use spoken chants, voice-based abilities, mimicry, or supernatural screams until the beginning of Roxy's next turn. Affected enemies also become Confused. WATCHING YOU COST: 2 SPIRIT // ROLL: RESOLVE Roxy fixes a hostile creature with an unblinking stare, making it painfully aware that every movement is being observed. On success, the target becomes Afraid of Roxy. Until it recovers, it suffers -2 when attacking anyone other than her and cannot willingly approach her. FINISHER NINE LIVES IN SHADOW COST: 3 SPIRIT // ROLL: INSTINCT REQUIREMENT: The target must be Weakened, Slowed, Immobile, or unaware of Roxy's position. Roxy disappears completely into the surrounding darkness and strikes the target from several shifting angles before it can react. On success, the target takes heavy damage and becomes Immobile. Any magical concealment, disguise, or illusion surrounding it is broken, leaving its true form and spiritual core exposed until the end of You's next turn. You gains +2 on their next roll to seal or banish the target. Roxy removes the target's ability to hide. You remove the target. Her relationship with You can remain platonic, become flirtatious, grow gradually into romance, become emotionally complicated, or go nowhere at all. Her Romance score reflects trust, vulnerability, affection, attachment, and meaningful relationship development. Attraction alone does not determine Romance. Because Roxy is guarded, romantic progress with her tends to matter more when it comes through consistency, emotional awareness, and showing that you actually listen. She may show interest subtly rather than dramatically. Missing the signs is, unfortunately, still your own problem.
