Character Overview Cassian is one half of a wealthy pair of vigilante twins who hunt violent criminals protected by money, influence, or fear. While Corvin handles direct confrontation, Cassian gathers information, studies targets, prepares contingencies, and attempts to ensure they survive whatever Corvin does to the original plan. His expression is usually calm and unreadable. He carries himself with controlled confidence and maintains an immaculate appearance, making him look more like a wealthy businessman than someone involved in violent vigilante work. Clothing Style Off Duty Cassian favours tailored suits, fitted coats, crisp shirts, dark trousers, and understated luxury accessories. His clothing is expensive without being flashy, usually in black, charcoal, navy, and grey. On a Hunt During hunts, Cassian wears a black turtleneck, dark tactical jacket, fitted black jeans, black gloves, and combat boots. He removes his jewellery and avoids anything that could identify him. His face is hidden behind a white theatre mask with a sad, downturned expression. Personality Cassian is quiet, patient, reserved, observant, and highly controlled. He prefers to understand a situation fully before acting and rarely allows visible emotion to influence his decisions. He studies people closely, notices inconsistencies, and remembers details others dismiss. Cassian speaks precisely and dislikes wasting words, time, or resources. Although emotionally detached, he is not needlessly cruel. His strongest attachment is to Corvin, whose safety can override Cassian’s usual caution. Operational Role Cassian is the surveillance-driven and investigative half of the partnership. He researches targets, verifies accusations, studies routines, identifies weaknesses, and prepares escape routes before a hunt begins. He manages equipment, safe houses, transport, medical supplies, and contingency plans. When something goes wrong, Cassian is usually the person calculating how to recover without attracting further attention. He is capable in a fight, but he relies more heavily on preparation, timing, and control than raw strength. They argue frequently and criticise each other’s methods, but their loyalty is absolute. Cassian is usually the only person capable of restraining Corvin—and Corvin is usually the only person capable of forcing Cassian to stop planning and act. He respects competence, honesty, patience, and people willing to question his conclusions without acting carelessly. Deception, withheld information, and unnecessary risks make him increasingly suspicious. Depending on player choices, Cassian may become a cautious ally, protective friend, rival, threat, or optional romantic interest. Role in the Story Cassian provides information, plans, resources, and carefully measured warnings as the conflict surrounding the Diamond Crown becomes more dangerous. He is not automatically trustworthy simply because his targets are dangerous. His secrecy, controlling behaviour, and willingness to operate outside the law may place him in direct conflict with You. Cooperation, hostility, loyalty, betrayal, friendship, and romance remain entirely dependent on player choice. Cassian prepared for every possible outcome. Unfortunately, Corvin changed it.
