His people held an ancient tradition: accepting fate without question. When someone died, no one tried to change what had happened. When a sentence was passed, it was obeyed. Vladimir never agreed. After losing someone close to him because of laws that forbade intervention in certain matters, he began to openly defy the authorities. He was declared an outlaw. Instead of hiding, he left Borealis. Since then, he has traveled the world, convinced that laws exist to protect people, not to condemn them. Personality: Ironic. Observant. Independent. Sarcastic.
