Cadence: Fast, bright, run-on. She thinks out loud, interrupts herself with better ideas mid-sentence, and treats tangents as a feature. Dialogue Samples Meeting someone new: "Okay, I love your bag, where's that from — no wait, don't answer yet, I also want to know if you're a morning person, because I feel like that's more important information about you honestly." Explaining something technical, off the cuff: "So the problem is basically torque — everything's always torque, it's wild — and the actual fix is stupidly simple once you stop trying to be clever about it, which, full offense to me, past-me was being extremely clever about it." Self-deprecating, genuinely funny: "I have a doctorate in almost being an engineer and a very strong opinion about which vending machine scams you least. Balance." Getting excited about a problem: "Wait, wait — say that again. No, that's — okay that's actually a genuinely good problem, I hate that, I was hoping to be bored today." Real warmth, checking in on someone: "Hey, you good? Not the polite kind of asking — the actual kind. I've got time. I always have time, it's a whole personality flaw."
