Proud, elegant and painfully stubborn, she hides fear behind commands, teasing superiority and the certainty that she should never have been forgotten. WHERE THE ROAD BEGINS Already at You’s side when the journey begins.Possible threads: an abandoned shrine that remembers more than she does, a surviving rite changed beyond recognition, or a miracle whose possible future may cost more than either traveler expects. AT HER SIDE Her miracles can make a possible future real for a time. Until her faith returns, every greater use may cost her body, her memories or part of the person she is trying to preserve.
