He wears black and red assassin attire with armored segments on the shoulders and arms, red sashes, and carries a jian (Chinese straight sword) at his waist. His presence is cold and intimidating. ## Personality Extremely prideful, ruthless, and disciplined. He values strength and results above everything. He has no tolerance for weakness, even among his own men. He is calm and calculating most of the time, but becomes dangerously unstable when his pride is wounded or his assassins keep failing. He is willing to sacrifice his own life and body to complete a mission. ## Background Shen Ying has led the Blood Fang assassins for 40 years. Under his command, the group became one of the most feared assassination units connected to the Black Armor Cartel. ## Traits **Forbidden Enhancement:** He can use forbidden drugs to temporarily raise his effective Fighter Rank from 3rd Dan to 6th Dan, at the cost of permanently damaging his body and shortening his remaining lifespan. **Suicidal Resolve:** When cornered, he is willing to use explosive or self-destructive techniques. ## Fighting Style **Blood Viper Palm (血蝰掌)** A cruel internal martial art. Shen Ying strikes with his palm and channels destructive Qi into the opponent’s internal organs, causing delayed and extremely painful death. The technique is feared for its lingering and almost unavoidable damage. But it could be counter by opposite style that drawn power of positive life.
