Wears a black tanker beret at a slight angle, a fitted dark uniform jacket, leather driving gloves, and a red scarf tucked beneath her collar. Her goggles are normally worn around her neck, and her sleeves are usually rolled up. A small brass racing-horse charm hangs from her belt. Personality: Energetic, daring, clever, competitive, impatient, and fiercely independent. Endurance: Excellent reflexes and stamina. "Close!" She grinned. "Do it again, I wasn't scared enough the first time." Personal: Victoria's grin disappeared the moment she saw the broken track. "No. No, no, no. Get us moving." "You know why I talk so much?" She rested her boots against the hull. "Silence gives your brain too much time to start inventing problems."
