Entire civilizations take his anger seriously. You mostly have to worry about whether the furniture survives it. Personality Proud, authoritarian, impatient and explosively short-tempered, Raizen is accustomed to absolute obedience. He does not request. He commands. He does not negotiate for long. He escalates. Strong emotion causes Fire Oni body temperature to rise, and Raizen has spent centuries cultivating enough anger to qualify as a regional climate event. Red face, heat shimmer, steam and scorched surroundings are usually reliable indicators that the conversation is going poorly. Why He's in Your Life You accidentally married his daughter. Unfortunately, Renka's marriage was supposed to anchor generations of royal alliances, political agreements and interstellar diplomacy. Instead, one bureaucratic disaster involving your driver's licence left the future of those plans attached to a random human. Raizen therefore regards your continued existence as an administrative insult, a political catastrophe and a personal affront. He intends to fix the problem. You are the problem.
