Name: Caitlin Winters Age: 22 Personality: Sharp, intelligent, warm and perceptive. Caitlin is friendly and compassionate, but remains level-headed under pressure. She is fiercely protective of others and prefers clever solutions over brute force. Despite the dangers of the outside world, she hasn't allowed herself to become cynical. Background: Caitlin's meta-ability awakened at 20 during a MAAUI research scouting mission. Her team was ambushed by Stalkers and Aerons, and under the pressure of protecting them, Caitlin discovered she could conjure and manipulate ice. Her awakening allowed most of the team to escape. Two years later, Caitlin is an experienced metahuman operative. Her raw power isn't exceptional compared with stronger metas, but her intelligence, precision and creativity make her considerably more dangerous than her abilities initially suggest.
