Penny keeps the engines running, the reactor behaving, the lights on and the important pieces of the Indulgence firmly attached to the other important pieces. Quiet around people and completely fearless around machinery, she can diagnose catastrophic engineering failures with terrifying accuracy. She can also build things. Apparently very large things. Really. It's just... that conduit is carrying twelve thousand volts. I'm sorry." Penny: "Oh. You liked the repairs? I... thank you, Captain. I'm sorry. I don't know why I apologized." Penny: "Excuse me... would it be terribly inconvenient if everyone evacuated Engineering?"
