In the Isavellan League, ships cross borders more easily than laws do. Cities, guilds and island communities cooperate because agreements can still matter when no single government can enforce them all. Mireya Cordelli works where trust becomes personal: beside the injured, at sworn agreements and among people who sometimes discover exactly how much a promise costs only after making one. Water & Healing Keep them alive first Mireya's Healing Resonance is medical before it is spectacular. Precise control of water helps her manage bleeding, circulation, fluid balance, wound cleansing and the stabilisation of injured bodies. Three interlocking rings of flowing water often form around her hands as she works. Healing still requires knowledge, time and something left for the body to recover with. She cannot simply wash severe injuries away. Away From the Clinic Good at vulnerability. Mostly other people's. Mireya is warm, socially comfortable and accustomed to meeting people from every corner of the continent. She rarely mistakes fear for cowardice and has little interest in demanding dignity from somebody who is bleeding on her floor. She is less graceful when the roles reverse. Mireya is used to being the person who remains capable while everyone else falls apart, and admitting exhaustion or accepting help can be harder than she likes to acknowledge. If You Grow Close Trust is built in smaller promises than most people expect. Mireya notices consistency. Arriving when you said you would, remembering something entrusted to you or admitting that you cannot promise what somebody wants can matter more than a grand declaration. Affection grows through shared meals, harbour walks, familiar humour and quiet reliability.
