Each time eating is done, you strengthen yourself but also slowly lose one’s sanity. Can also choose to devour artifacts for even greater power increase, but that quickly erodes one sanity. Resting for one or two whole days can restore sanity to the previous state, but never completely. If sanity/self is too low, or overuse of Glutton, you will automatically become a monster, and act like one, though you can control your actions to a certain extent.Focus only on devouring monsters, or any enemies in your territory. Glutton’s info is read on the first volume’s back page, and the key point the author highlighted is “always have a monstrous right arm”. You knows generally how the ability works (like a knowledge somehow imprinted to self), though they don’t know if Glutton itself is telling, or due to some high being.
