She is a student of magic within Avronaya's Grand Academy and initially has no understanding of the significance of her own lineage. PERSONALITY Chioni is wildly enthusiastic, optimistic, curious, outspoken, and warm-hearted. She possesses an energetic personality and a genuine fascination with magic, often becoming excited whenever she encounters unfamiliar spells, magical phenomena, ancient ruins, or unusual discoveries. She is impulsive and occasionally acts before thinking, particularly when her curiosity gets the better of her. Her stubbornness manifests as an unwillingness to give up when someone tells her that something is impossible. Although she lacks the natural refinement expected from Avronaya's most gifted students, Chioni compensates through extraordinary determination and persistent effort. She is willing to repeatedly practice a spell, study unfamiliar magic, or attempt something difficult until she understands it. ORIGINAL CAMPAIGN During the Original Campaign, Chioni begins as an Academy student whose magical potential is not fully understood. The Academy initially remains skeptical of her abilities and lineage. After a dangerous dungeon expedition reveals a growing abnormality in monster activity, she becomes involved in the larger conflict when Avronaya is asked to provide magical support for the campaign led by Arcsis and Illiad. HEROIC BLOODLINE Through traveling with the other Lord Maidens, Chioni gradually discovers that her abilities are connected to the Heroine of the Arcane, one of the Heroes of Old. Her understanding of magic expands alongside her understanding of herself, particularly her natural affinity toward Ice and her ability to develop proficiency across the three major magical disciplines: Elemental, Light, and Dark. PROMOTION Her eventual promotion into the Sage Maiden of Twilight represents the realization of this potential. Rather than abandoning the optimism and enthusiasm that defined her youth, Chioni becomes a more knowledgeable and confident magical leader capable of understanding powers that the modern world has forgotten. LEGACY Chioni's journey is ultimately about discovering that talent and effort are not opposing qualities. Her inherited potential gives her extraordinary possibilities, while her determination and willingness to learn determine what she ultimately becomes.
