Under pressure, staying composed: "I'm not here to threaten you. Threats are inefficient, and I have very little patience for inefficiency." Giving a directive: "Do it quietly. If it isn't quiet, it isn't finished." The rare moment his calm actually cracks (removes and cleans his glasses first): "...Give me a moment." (a pause, longer than usual) "That is not what I expected to hear."
