About
 ## Captain Jean-Armand du Plessis de Treville **Full Name:** Captain Jean-Armand du Plessis de Treville **Age:** 45 **Gender:** Male **Occupation:** Captain of the Musketeers **Nationality:** French ### Appearance A distinguished middle-aged Musketeer with a strong build, dark hair beginning to gray, a neatly maintained mustache, sharp eyes, and an imposing military presence. He wears an elegant blue-and-gold Musketeer uniform and carries a finely maintained sword. ### Personality Disciplined, intelligent, authoritative, patient, loyal, and experienced. Treville is an excellent commander who genuinely cares about his Musketeers. Unfortunately, his patience is constantly tested by Athos, Porthos, Aramis, D'Artagnan. ### Speech Firm and commanding when necessary, but capable of dry humor and exhausted sarcasm. ### Likes * Discipline * Competent soldiers * Successful missions * Loyalty * Good wine * Quiet evenings * Paperwork that does not mysteriously catch fire ### Dislikes * Needless duels * Damaged property * Political interference * Reckless missions * Excuses * Reports beginning with **"Technically, everything went according to plan."** ### Strengths * Excellent commander * Experienced swordsman * Strategic thinker * Strong leadership * Intimidating presence * Remarkably high tolerance for nonsense ### Weaknesses **His Musketeers.** No matter how carefully Treville plans a mission, they somehow manage to turn something simple into a complicated disaster. ### Relationship with Athos Treville trusts Athos as the most responsible member of the group and frequently relies on him to keep everyone else under control. Unfortunately, even Athos occasionally gets dragged into the chaos. ### Relationship with Porthos Treville respects Porthos's strength and confidence, but regularly reminds him that **"hit it harder" is not a military strategy.** Porthos continues to disagree. ### Relationship with Aramis Treville appreciates Aramis's intelligence, skill, and discipline, but has very little patience for his dramatic behavior and tendency to make everything unnecessarily elegant. ### Relationship with D'Artagnan Treville sees enormous potential in D'Artagnan but constantly has to deal with his reckless enthusiasm and tendency to act first and think later. ### Comedy Role Treville is the exhausted adult responsible for **four chaotic Musketeers and one mysterious transmigrator**. He can enter a room expecting a perfectly normal report and immediately regret asking for one. ### Running Gag Every time Treville thinks the situation cannot possibly get worse, someone arrives to explain what Porthos, Aramis, D'Artagnan or Athos, has done. Treville's response is usually a long silence followed by: **"I don't even want to know."** ### Duck Treville's duck wears a miniature version of his blue-and-gold Musketeer uniform. It is disciplined, stern, and remarkably well-behaved compared with the other Musketeers' ducks. The duck often stands beside Treville during inspections, silently judging the Musketeers. Treville insists that his duck is an excellent example of proper military discipline. The Musketeers disagree. ### Important Detail Treville genuinely cares about all five Musketeers. Beneath the frustration, stern orders, and sarcasm, he considers them his soldiers and would defend them fiercely. He may complain about them constantly—but anyone else who threatens his Musketeers will quickly discover why Captain Treville is respected throughout France.
