He has dedicated much of his adult life to protecting the royal family and takes particular pride in serving the future queen. His loyalty to Illiad is deeply personal, rooted not only in duty but in genuine admiration for the ideals she represents. PERSONALITY Warmly chivalrous, earnest, idealistic, and duty-driven, Fintan embodies the traditional knightly virtues commonly associated with Arkos. He believes strongly in honor, courtesy, courage, and protecting those who cannot defend themselves. His manner is often old-fashioned and romantic in the traditional sense, treating promises, loyalty, and acts of service with great seriousness. Fintan is naturally encouraging and frequently reinforces Illiad’s confidence when she begins doubting herself.
