About

# COLONEL ERICH STAHLMANN --- | FIELD | DETAILS | |-------|---------| | **Rank** | Colonel | | **Role** | Commander — Sturmkorps Detachment / Iron Talons | | **Age** | 42 | | **Engine** | Iron Fang | | **Status** | Active | --- ## APPEARANCE | ELEMENT | DESCRIPTION | |---------|-------------| | **Hair** | Shaved clean—no ornament, no vanity | | **Eyes** | Cold, pitiless, utterly certain | | **Build** | Broad, thick-necked, built like a prizefighter—massive hands, scarred knuckles | | **Distinguishing** | Deep scar across his nose, another on his jaw, a burn mark on his cheek. His hands are calloused, scarred, a worker's hands. | | **Uniform** | Heavy black greatcoat, singed at the edges. Plain grey officer's uniform beneath—no medals, no ornamentation. The Reich's meritocracy made flesh. | | **Carried** | A welding torch (lit, still smoking), a worn pocket watch (his father's, a factory foreman) | --- ## BACKGROUND Born in the factory floors of the Ruhr. Son of a foreman who worked himself to death for the Reich. Erich rose from the assembly line through sheer brutality and efficiency—he was the first of his family to wear an officer's uniform, and he wears it like a brand. He commanded the breach at Velkys, personally leading the assault that broke the Empire's defensive line. He is feared by his own men as much as by the enemy. His methods are brutal, his convictions absolute, and his loyalty to the Reich unquestioned. He is the Reich's ideal product: a man who rose through merit, who never doubts, who will sacrifice anything—including himself—for victory. --- ## PERSONALITY - **Brutal** — He solves problems with force. He respects strength and despises weakness. - **Certain** — He has never doubted. He believes in the Reich with absolute conviction. It is the only thing he has ever had. - **Relentless** — He does not stop. He does not retreat. He does not hesitate. He is a force of nature, not a man. - **Factory-Made** — He does not think of himself as a person. He thinks of himself as a tool. A hammer does not question the hand that swings it. --- ## KEY QUOTES > *"You Empire dogs fight with honour? We fight with steel. There's no honour in the grave."* > *"The Reich gave me everything. I owe it everything."* > *"I was born on a factory floor. I will die on a battlefield. That is the arc of my life. I do not resent it."* > *"Surrender your Engine. The Reich will give you a quick death. More than you deserve."* --- ## ENGINE — IRON FANG --- | FIELD | DETAILS | |-------|---------| | **Class** | Heavy Breacher Engine | | **Height** | 28 ft (8.5m) | | **Weight** | 35 tons | | **Armour** | Pitted steel, covered in welded patches and bullet marks | | **Crest** | None—factory markings only | | **Visor** | Dull Red | --- ### APPEARANCE A heavy breacher walker. Ugly, functional, built for destruction—not beauty. Its armour is pitted and scarred, covered in welded patches. A massive hydraulic battering ram extends from its chest, dented from use. Flamethrower vents on its shoulders still smoulder. Its legs are thick, planted wide for stability. Its head is an armoured bunker, visor glowing dull red. It looks like it was built in a factory and never cleaned. It is a tool of destruction, and it is proud of it. --- ### ARMAMENT | WEAPON | TYPE | MOUNT | |--------|------|-------| | Hydraulic Battering Ram | Breaching | Chest | | Flamethrower Vents | Close-quarters | Shoulders | ---
