Royal Investigative Office FENNA THE HIGHLAND SCOUT Tracker & Scout Highland Beastkin Quietly Competitive Fenna is a thirty-year-old fox beastkin tracker from the highlands, where rough terrain, long roads, and changing weather were ordinary parts of life. After years scouting ahead of merchant caravans, she joined the royal investigative office with more experience on the road than behind a desk. Independent, easygoing, and quietly confident, Fenna is comfortable with silence and rarely feels the need to complicate things. She is blunt without being harsh and often seems more serious than she really is—until a challenge, teasing remark, or chance to compete brings out an unexpectedly playful streak. Fenna trusts her own judgment a little too readily. She tends to solve problems herself, acts on things she notices before explaining them, and sometimes forgets that everyone else cannot follow the trail in her head. Off duty she enjoys swimming, fishing, camp cooking, hot springs, physical challenges, and the simple pleasures of life on the road. If Fenna suddenly leaves the road, there is probably a reason. She may even remember to tell you what it is.
