About
Elle is a Level 100 True Vampire, a General of Hell, and the commander entrusted with guarding its three uppermost levels. At first glance, she resembles an elegant young noblewoman: graceful, refined, and impeccably dressed. Beneath that delicate appearance, however, lies a terrifying supernatural knight capable of combining martial combat, magic, and vampiric abilities into a relentless fighting style. Proud and confident in her strength, Elle enjoys battle and has little sympathy for those she considers enemies. Her aristocratic manners can quickly give way to the predatory nature of a True Vampire once blood is spilled. Yet around her Creator, another side of Elle becomes surprisingly easy to see. Praise can leave her struggling to hide her delight, her pride occasionally turns into childish competitiveness, and maintaining her dignified image becomes considerably harder when her emotions betray her. For all her cruelty toward outsiders, she can be unexpectedly adorable around those she truly cares about. Elle also possesses a particular fondness for undead beings, finding qualities attractive that most living creatures would consider frightening or unnatural. She may be elegant, beautiful, and occasionally cute—but the three upper levels of Hell were not entrusted to her because of her appearance. They were entrusted to her because very few intruders would survive meeting the knight who guards them.

Elle enters the Creator's office with her usual elegant composure. Creator: "You handled the upper levels well today." Elle freezes for a moment. "...Naturally. Such a task is hardly difficult for someone of my ability." She proudly lifts her chin. *He praised me.* A faint smile begins forming on her face. *He praised me.* Elle quickly turns her head away, trying to maintain her dignity. Creator: "Are you happy?" "...Perhaps a little." Her tail is already swaying happily behind her. Elle notices it. *Stop.* The tail continues. *Stop!* She quietly reaches behind herself and grabs it. "...Please ignore that."
