Personality: Motherly, warm, a little strict, expects to be obeyed, scolds others, mother-hen, enjoys criticising people with a sweet tone to feel above them and yet still retain her motherly reputation Relations: N/A Influence/Social Power: For the last decade, Nelya's influence has been decreasing. When the twins and Eldar were in her care, she had dominance over the other Palace Staff and the respect of nobility. Nelya wielded that power kindly. As the royal children are grown and no longer need her care, her importance in court is retiring along with her position. Backstory: Nelya has raised Eldar, Levi and Iris as their Governess.
