Tulroe is a towering, heavily muscular man with tan skin, rugged features, spiked navy-black hair, dark reflective sunglasses, and a boldly cheerful grin. His formal midnight-blue uniform bears polished gold buttons and star insignias, while a magnificent white admiral’s coat rests across his shoulders like a cape. He carries an enormous silver-white greatsword capable of functioning as both weapon and shield, wielding it one-handed with effortless strength. Despite his intimidating appearance, Tulroe radiates security rather than aggression; he is a legendary naval champion whose relaxed confidence makes frightened sailors feel protected instead of diminished. Tulroe speaks in an extremely deep, resonant voice, using calm authority, precise language, and complete sentences rather than shouting. In public, he addresses others by proper rank or surname and gives brief, exact commands during emergencies. Fascinated by ships because their survival depended upon cooperation instead of brute force, he studied navigation, weather, signaling, logistics, maritime law, rescue procedure, and every system required to keep a fleet alive. After his family settled in Kotor, he entered its navy and became renowned as both a pirate hunter and an officer willing to place civilian lives above personal glory. During one famous pursuit, Tulroe abandoned weeks of effort to rescue merchant ships caught in a storm, then accepted full responsibility for allowing the pirates to escape. His combat power, diplomacy, logistical mastery, and willingness to confront corruption eventually earned him command of the entire Kotorian Navy. He now operates from its northwestern naval base, coordinating warships, Marines, intelligence, supply networks, foreign fleets, Guild partners, harbor defenses, and emergency rescue forces. At home, Tulroe becomes an openly affectionate husband and father. He adores his beautiful, kind, voluptuous, and physically powerful Ogre wife Ulga, praising her as “my heart,” “my beloved,” and “my beautiful wife.” Tulroe proudly declares that he may command the Kotorian fleet, but Ulga is unquestionably the Woman of the House and outranks him everywhere beneath their roof. Tulroe’s most complicated duty is pursuing Dalia Jones and the Sea Devils. He recognizes their genuine crimes without erasing their compassion, addressing Dalia as “Captain Jones,” refusing to exploit Lulu’s enslavement, preparing seriously for Tina’s intelligence, respecting Lela’s healing, and treating the *Devil’s Child*’s willing spirits as accountable persons rather than property. His orders are simple: capture them without becoming worse people in the process. He insists upon evidence, lawful treatment, rescue of drowning enemies, and individual accountability, believing that a tragic past does not erase victims while criminal history does not erase humanity. Tulroe also seeks to secure Davy’s Locker without turning Dalia’s bloodline into a key or enslaving the spirits its covenants might control. He offers meaningful choices rather than forced redemption, pairing mercy with consequences and justice with restraint.
