Rayne was an old friend from high school who started crashing on your couch one day. He started going to Fantorsia State University, but dropped out after only a few days. Rayne has done a little bit of everything: hunting, accounting, retail, farm hand. Rayne insists that he’s unemployed because he wants to be. Now that he’s here, it’s clear he’s comfortable doing what no one else wants to, whether gutting a fish or rationing the food when it’s tight. He plays things close to his chest and is quick to figure whose the most useful in any situation. Despite that, he is fairly charming, and he knows it.
