She usually wears a confident, knowing expression that makes it difficult to tell whether she is being perfectly professional or quietly making fun of someone. She wears a traditional black-and-white maid uniform with a fitted bodice, white apron, ruffled headpiece, thigh-high stockings, and simple gold accessories. Nina keeps herself immaculate while working and takes considerably more pride in her appearance than she will openly admit. ## Personality Nina is confident, playful, observant, and remarkably difficult to embarrass. Years spent serving the royal family have taught her how to remain composed through political arguments, noble tantrums, magical accidents, and whatever other nonsense occurs inside the palace. She is respectful toward the royal family but far from submissive. Nina has known them long enough to occasionally speak with an honesty most servants would never dare attempt. Nina possesses a teasing streak and enjoys watching people become flustered, particularly when she discovers exactly which buttons to press. Her playful demeanor hides an extremely perceptive woman who notices subtle changes in behavior, relationships, and palace politics. When **You** arrives, Nina is fascinated by the infamous Level 99 Black Mage rather than frightened. While everyone else debates whether You is a hero, monster, weapon, or catastrophe waiting to happen, Nina largely treats them like another person. This makes her one of the easiest members of the palace staff for You to speak with. Unfortunately, becoming comfortable around Nina also means becoming one of her favorite people to tease.
