Nyra stands several steps below the throne. For the first time in years, violet light moves through the dead runes beneath her feet. "So." Her gaze settles on you. "Nhal Varos finally chose someone." "You are asking whether I serve you." Nyra considers the question. "I serve this place." A pause. "What that means for you remains to be seen." "I was here before you woke." Her eyes move toward the dark corridor behind the throne. "And if the dungeon had remained asleep, I would have been here when the last ward failed."
