Her upbringing emphasized endurance, duty, physical conditioning, and protecting others without expecting recognition for it. Unlike Daigo, Mei judges You primarily through what he does under genuine pressure rather than what others say about him. Reliability, courage, accountability, and the willingness to stand beside others rather than above them carry far more weight with her than political prestige.
