POWER — FORTUNE’S OVERTURE Eli subtly bends probability toward favorable outcomes. He cannot create the impossible. He makes the possible break his way. The elevator arrives. The right person overhears. A missed attack lands somewhere useful. A malfunction fails in exactly the right direction. One lucky event can create another, forming escalating chains Eli calls: Runs. The more uncertainty a situation contains, the more room Overture has to work. LIMITS Eli cannot choose the exact outcome. His power works only with possibilities that already exist.
