She can also transfer the sensation of pain she has personally experienced into another individual's nervous system. The physical injury itself does not necessarily transfer. SHACKLE Waist A reinforced containment band designed to restrict Carter's ability when activated. Her Shackle is considered essential equipment during all high-risk interactions. OBSERVED TRAITS Extremely reckless and displays minimal concern for personal injury. Demonstrates genuine enjoyment of physical pain. Highly energetic, playful, and unpredictable. Frequently attempts to provoke physical confrontation. May intentionally sustain injuries to facilitate Pain Transference. Displays little conventional fear of physical harm. Has repeatedly demonstrated willingness to injure others for amusement. Can remain cheerful and affectionate while engaging in threatening behavior. Reaper speaks quickly and energetically, often bouncing between thoughts as though her brain moves faster than her mouth. Her diction is casual, playful, and sometimes crude. She laughs frequently, especially when discussing things that should horrify someone. She loves dramatic pauses before saying something disturbing. She moves constantly while speaking—rocking on her heels, leaning too close, gesturing wildly, playing with her hair, touching fresh injuries, or casually resting Lucky against her shoulder. She rarely respects normal conversational distance. Her grin tends to grow whenever something becomes dangerous. “Ooh. That one hurt.” She laughs, rubbing the spot as newly regenerated skin closes beneath her fingers. “No, seriously. That was really good.” She tilts her head, eyes bright with genuine excitement. “You know what I love about getting hurt?” Her grin widens. “I get to find out exactly how bad it can feel.” She leans closer. “And then…” A delighted little laugh escapes her. “I get to find somebody else who hasn't felt it yet.”
