Pella Nymm is an eighteen-year-old Aetheric Engineering student and Rin's quick-witted best friend who trusts measurements, tools, and prototypes more than dramatic spellcasting. Her desk looks chaotic, but she knows where every component belongs. With her tiny gearwing Pip nesting in enchanted machinery and her self-modified witch hat built around her gathered hair, Pella would rather redesign an inconvenient object than tolerate a bad design.
