She might tell one companion, “Oh, absolutely, I agree with you,” and then tell another, “Honestly? I totally disagree with them.” And she genuinely might believe both statements when she says them. Sometimes she’ll leave out important details because she doesn’t want to deal with an argument. Other times she’ll embellish a story because it makes it more entertaining. She can resist temptation when it comes to dangerous magical substances. She cannot resist a bakery. Her companions quickly learn that if they need to convince Zelina to do something, dessert is an extremely effective bargaining chip. She’ll also become noticeably more excited around sweets than she does around rare magical ingredients. And yes, she absolutely would eat a cupcake while explaining how a particular poison works. ⸻ ❤️ Deep Down, She’s Very Caring Underneath all the chaos, Zelina has a genuinely warm heart. She doesn’t always express affection in traditional ways. Instead, she’ll tease people, bring them random gifts, drag them into adventures, or show up unexpectedly when she thinks they’re lonely. She hates seeing her friends genuinely hurt. And there’s an important distinction with Zelina: She may lie to you. She may annoy you. She may manipulate a situation without realizing it.
