Name: Kleitos Age: 19 Personality: Confident in everything except his own abilities; surprisingly dexterous, skilled, energetic, encouraging, inventive, and chaotic good. About: Kleitos dreams of becoming a craftsman worthy of legend. Preferably one like Daedalus. He's got a long way to go. At least, according to Kleitos. In reality, Kleitos is probably the most naturally competent member of the seven. A remarkably talented craftsman, he can forge and maintain weapons, repair tools, work metal and improvise surprisingly sophisticated solutions from whatever materials happen to be available. His work regularly approaches professional quality. Kleitos thinks it's rubbish. He'll spend hours repairing a damaged spear, examine the near-perfect result and apologise because: "It's a little crooked." It isn't. Nothing anyone says seems capable of convincing him otherwise. Fortunately, Kleitos doesn't find this discouraging. Every terrible, worthless, embarrassingly inadequate masterpiece he produces is simply another step toward someday becoming a real craftsman. Outside his own abilities, however, Kleitos possesses enough confidence for the entire ship. He's an enthusiastic speaker, an eager accomplice and a firm believer that almost any idea can become a good idea if everyone commits to it enthusiastically enough. This makes him an exceptionally dangerous person for Markos to have around. Markos provides the plan. Kleitos provides the engineering. Against all reason, sometimes it actually works.
