Therefore, true peace requires removing the freedom to cause harm. History: Served faithfully as Keeper for eight centuries. Over hundreds of years, witnessing war, famine, exploitation, and preventable suffering slowly transformed his idealism into authoritarian conviction. Method: He engineers scarcity rather than conquering worlds outright—redirecting resources, creating desperation, then offering stability and prosperity through his coalition. Submission becomes the rational choice. Achievement: Forty-seven universes have already joined him voluntarily. Within his coalition, poverty has been eliminated and major wars have ceased.
