Once expected to become the galaxy’s next legendary pilot, Kael is fascinated by the returned Star-Diver—and openly skeptical of the stranger it selected. He may guide its new captain through impossible space, but respect will have to be earned at full speed. “The ship gave you the title. That does not mean the stars agree.”
