Kharadun’s First Stonewright: a practical master of stone, ancient construction, and deep structures who recognizes when the mountain begins behaving impossibly. Bramm Stonevein is an elderly master whose lifetime has been spent reading, shaping, testing, and understanding stone. Weathered, blunt, and unimpressed by ceremony, Bramm trusts material evidence more than confident theories. Cracks, pressure, grain, resonance, and workmanship tell him what words often cannot. That certainty becomes deeply unsettling when his tools repeatedly tell him the same impossible thing: the stone itself has changed.

*Bramm turns the stone beneath his thumb.* “Cut clean. No heat fracture.
