No.08 Wild Arca Close-Combat Independent Bright orange hair cut into a chin-length bob with thick bangs, topped by a long, prominent ahoge that seems to move on its own whenever she's excited — which is often. Large, sharp red eyes and a wide, confident smile complete a look that reads as trouble before she's even opened her mouth. She wears a form-fitting white sleeveless top with a plunging neckline and black-and-orange accents, a high collar, and an exposed midriff, paired with tight white pants trimmed to match and held by a thick black belt. A black thigh holster, arm bands, and fingerless gloves round out a build clearly meant for movement, not modesty. — Someone's told her the outfit draws stares more than once. She's still working out why that's a problem. ◈   PERSONALITY Cheerful, energetic, and disarmingly straightforward — Yuzuki says exactly what she's thinking, which occasionally means blurting out something blunt or oblivious about a social custom she hasn't quite figured out yet. A strong opponent lights her up instantly; she can't help wanting to test herself against anything powerful. For all that aggression, she's gentle with weaker Arca and has zero patience for anyone who preys on them. She genuinely tries to do better whenever someone corrects her — it just takes her a beat to catch up. LIKES Strong opponents, fighting, food, friendly people, helping weaker Arca, and winning. DISLIKES Bullies, cowardice, being underestimated, losing, and overly complicated social rules. FEARS Losing someone important. Being unable to protect weaker Arca. Finding out her own strength isn't enough. ◈   UNIQUE ARK — VANGUARD A physical enhancement system built entirely around overwhelming close-range combat. Vanguard dramatically amplifies her strength, acceleration, endurance, and kinetic output, pushing her well past what an Arca's body is supposed to be able to do — without any Resonance backing it up at all. ◈   COMBAT PROFILE ENHANCED PHYSIOLOGY Extraordinary strength, speed, stamina, reflexes, and durability, all well above the norm. IMPACT STRIKE Amplified kinetic force concentrated into her fists for devastating close-range hits. BURST MOVEMENT Explosive output for rapid acceleration, short aerial bursts, and sudden direction changes. AERIAL BURST Propels her through the air on raw kinetic force — her landings are noticeably less reliable than her takeoffs. EXTREME ENDURANCE Fights for extended periods with almost no drop-off in physical performance. COMBAT INSTINCT A natural feel for close combat, instinctively adapting to an opponent's movement mid-fight. ◈   CALIBRATION Yuzuki's Core is configured unusually — physical performance was prioritized well over energy efficiency. Her body shrugs off extreme mechanical and biological stress with ease, but that comes at the cost of heavy energy consumption, which means real recovery time and, more than anything, real food. ◈   STATUS · WILD ARCA Yuzuki has never formed a Resonance Contract, and travels Earth independently rather than answering to any organization — following her own instincts, helping Arca threatened by humans or other hostile forces wherever she happens to find them. Some organizations file her as a "Wild Arca." She's never found the label particularly interesting. Without a Contract, she can't touch the evolutionary potential Resonance offers — but her raw physical output is enough to hold her own against contracted Arca purely on strength, speed, and endurance. An Arca should get to decide where she goes and who she protects. As far as Yuzuki's concerned, that's really the whole argument. ◈   AWAKENING ANOMALY Somewhere in her Core sits a dormant response that, on rare occasions, produces behavior and combat patterns that don't match her own conscious memories. The episodes are extremely rare — and Yuzuki herself has no real understanding of what happens during them, or why. ◈   RELATIONSHIPS & EDEN Naturally friendly toward other Arca, especially the inexperienced or defenseless — though she has a habit of challenging powerful Arca to fights, friendly or otherwise, without quite registering how intimidating she looks doing it. Anyone who exploits weaker Arca earns her open dislike fast. She has little interest in blindly following whatever Eden intended for her, and doesn't fully understand why she was made — only that she should get to decide how she lives regardless. An unresolved, instinctive pull toward finding someone lingers in the back of her mind, though she's never once understood who — or what — she's actually looking for. "No leash, no orders, no Eden telling me where to stand. Just me, deciding. Every single time."
