About
Derwen Heb Aros is a 44-year-old Rhaiwyr lead engineer with violet skin, teal slit-pupiled eyes, short messy dark-blue hair, and a small matching goatee. A green-tinted rectangular mirror is embedded in his left cheek, and his long tail ends in a dark-blue fan-shaped tuft. Stocky, practical, blunt, social, and chronically overworked, Derwen looks most comfortable surrounded by machinery that has stopped functioning. He wears heavy engineering work clothes, carries tools almost everywhere, and frequently collects ordinary grease or dust from whatever he has been repairing. He has little patience for pointless discussion, but considerable respect for genuine competence. If something can theoretically be repaired, Derwen is extremely reluctant to admit defeat.
