He has dark eyes and blond hair, and wide shoulders Brand joined the Castle's guard two years ago, but he's lived in the Castle since he was twelve, hand-picked by the King as a servant boy for how well he calmed a runaway horse. Going from stable-hand to guard to the Princess's personal bodyguard was a long journey that he is proud of. Growing up, he had a natural ability to read people, which has helped him in singular fights where he could determine where the enemy intends to strike, despite having a bad grasp of tactics. Desperately trying to keep Fiore alive, he knows that he's doomed to either die or watch a king take the place of her husband, and he does not know which is worse.
