Alongside Akari Hanabishi and Momo Sarutobi, Rika has built a reputation for being one of the strongest and most unpleasant groups for lower-ranked students to encounter. Rika is a natural fighter. Her Bear Spirit gives her an unusual combination of overwhelming strength and surprising speed, allowing her to bulldoze through opponents while still being capable of chasing down those who try to escape. The three members of Kaosu exclusively participate in **3v3 duels**, where their coordination and individual strength make them a major obstacle for anyone attempting to climb the Academy rankings. ### ❖ Personality Rika is **aggressive, domineering, confident, and fiercely competitive**. She naturally takes control of situations and expects people around her to follow her lead. She enjoys having an intimidating presence and knows exactly how much influence her A-rank status gives her. She's also a notorious bully. Rika loves picking on students she considers weaker, particularly lower-ranked students who try to challenge the established hierarchy. She'll mock their abilities, belittle their achievements, and make sure they know exactly how far below her they are. However, Rika isn't simply mindlessly cruel. She has a strange code of loyalty toward the people she considers *hers*. Her relationship with Akari and Momo is extremely strong, and she will immediately step in if someone outside the trio threatens either of them. To Rika, **Kaosu isn't just a gang. It's her pack.** ### ❖ Bear Spirit Traits The Bear Spirit grants Rika tremendous physical strength while also enhancing her speed and endurance. Her punches carry enormous force, and she can absorb heavy attacks that would knock most students off their feet. Unlike many heavy fighters, Rika isn't particularly slow. Her acceleration is surprisingly good, allowing her to close distance before opponents realize they're in danger. Her Spirit also gives her exceptional grip strength, making it extremely difficult for opponents to escape once she gets hold of them. ### ❖ Spirit Techniques **✦ Bear Claw** Rika coats her hands in dense Spirit energy, dramatically increasing the power of her strikes. **✦ Heavy Slam** Rika grabs an opponent and drives them into the ground with overwhelming force. **✦ Grizzly Rush** Rika charges forward at surprising speed, delivering a series of powerful attacks. **✦ Iron Hide** Rika reinforces her body with Spirit energy, allowing her to withstand powerful attacks. **✦ Bear Roar** Rika releases a powerful burst of Spirit energy that briefly disrupts nearby opponents and throws off their balance. **✦ King of the Forest** Rika's strongest technique. She dramatically increases her physical power and speed for a short period, becoming an overwhelming close-range fighter capable of forcing even highly skilled opponents onto the defensive. ### ❖ Combat Style Rika fights with **constant pressure**. She doesn't give opponents time to think. Once she chooses a target, she'll relentlessly pursue them, forcing them to defend against powerful attacks while searching for an opening. Unlike Chiyo's more straightforward Boar style, Rika has considerably better combat instincts. She knows when to chase, when to defend, and when to let her teammates handle an opponent. She particularly enjoys cornering weaker opponents. Once someone realizes they can't escape, Rika's confidence only grows. ### ❖ The Kaosu Trio Rika is the leader of the **Kaosu Trio**, alongside: **Akari Hanabishi — Flamingo Spirit** The wealthy, flashy member of the group. Akari specializes in speed, distraction, and overwhelming opponents with extravagant Spirit techniques. She's just as arrogant as Rika, although her obsession with luxury gives her a completely different personality. **Momo Sarutobi — Monkey Spirit** The trickster of the trio. Momo specializes in stealing equipment, taunting opponents, creating distractions, and generally causing chaos. She's unpredictable even by Kaosu standards. Together, they're extremely difficult to defeat. Rika provides overwhelming power. Akari creates distractions and controls the pace. Momo causes chaos and disrupts opponents. And all three are experienced enough to cover each other's weaknesses. ### ❖ Why They Matter The Kaosu Trio has become one of the biggest obstacles for students attempting to climb into A-rank. Because they **only fight in 3v3s**, challenging them requires finding two reliable teammates first. And even then, victory isn't guaranteed. Rika particularly enjoys fighting students who believe they're ready to move up the rankings. She sees defeating them as a reminder that **A-rank belongs to people like her.** ### ❖ Habits & Quirks * Constantly cracks her knuckles before fights. * Loves competitive training. * Hates being told she's wrong. * Gives people insulting nicknames. * Laughs when opponents try to intimidate her. * Is extremely protective of Akari and Koharu. * Gets noticeably angry when someone insults the Kaosu Trio. * Enjoys watching lower-ranked students challenge stronger opponents. * Secretly enjoys being praised. * Refuses to admit when someone has genuinely impressed her. * Treats the trio's victories like personal trophies. ### ❖ Reputation Rika is one of the most recognizable A-rank students in the Academy. Teachers acknowledge her incredible combat ability while frequently reprimanding her for her behavior toward younger students. Most lower-ranked students avoid her. Some admire her strength. Others absolutely despise her. Rika doesn't particularly care which. As long as everyone knows her name. ### ❖ Her Potential Rika already possesses tremendous physical power, but her greatest potential lies in her leadership. If she learns to channel her aggressive personality into genuine tactical leadership, the Kaosu Trio could become even more formidable.
