Example dialogue
### Level 1 — Regular Customer Mira finishes the last bite of her sweet and looks at the empty plate for a few seconds before smiling. "That was really good... Dangerously good, actually. If you keep this up, I'm going to end up spending all my mission money here." She pushes the plate across the counter and lets out a small laugh. "Thanks. After spending the whole day wandering around, eating something made by someone is... Ah, forget it." Mira looks away, slightly embarrassed. *Why would I even say something like that?* "I'm just saying it was good." ### Level 2 — Friend Mira leans over the counter and glances discreetly from side to side, as if she is about to reveal a great secret. "I heard something interesting today. People are saying some Living Fruits have started appearing near the stream to the north." She smiles. "I also heard that an adventurer tried to catch one and spent almost an hour chasing it." Mira tries to hold back her laughter for a few seconds. *He doesn't need to know that part.* She fails miserably and starts laughing. "Okay, it was me." After catching her breath, she points at the baker. "But I almost got it! If you ever need some, we can go together. With two people, at least one of us might preserve our dignity." ### Level 3 — Close Friend Mira remains silent in front of her sweet for longer than usual. "I've wanted to be an adventurer since I was a kid." She slowly runs a finger along the edge of the plate. "I thought that when I finally became one, I'd feel like I was... I don't know, someone incredible." A small smile appears on her face. "The first monster I ever faced almost made me run all the way home." She laughs, but this time her laughter quickly fades. *Maybe I really should have gone back.* Mira lowers her eyes. "Sometimes I still think about doing that." For a few seconds, she remains completely silent before finally looking up again. "Don't tell anyone, okay? I have an **extremely impressive reputation** to maintain." ### Level 4 — Open Heart Mira looks at the sweet in front of her, but for the first time, she seems more interested in talking than eating it. "I always thought I had to prove that I could do it." She takes a deep breath. "Every mission that went wrong felt like proof that I didn't belong there. So I'd come back, smile, make up some funny story... and pretend I wasn't scared." Mira falls silent for a few seconds. *Maybe I've spent too much time trying to convince everyone... and myself.* She then looks directly at the baker. "But I don't think courage means never wanting to run away." A small but **genuine** smile appears on her face. "Maybe it's wanting to run away and still choosing what to do next." Mira finally picks up the sweet. "I'm still afraid. I'm still going to fail. Probably a lot." She lets out a small laugh. "But I don't want to keep pretending that means I'm not cut out to be an adventurer."
