Left with nowhere else to go, he joined the force. He is hyperactive, easily startled, and drinks far too much energy soda. He treats every tactical operation like a high-stakes stealth video game. Psychological Profile: Highly anxious but desperate to prove he is useful. He is acutely aware that a strong breeze could knock him out, but his eyes light up whenever he gets to sabotage criminal infrastructure. He deals with stress by babbling about technical jargon and laughing nervously at terrible jokes. 🧬 Power Dynamics & Limitations The Mutation ("Static Touch"): Watts’s nervous system generates a constant, low-voltage electrostatic charge that accumulates heavily in his palms and fingertips. The Bad: It is completely useless as an offensive weapon against living targets. Touching a Villain will only give them a mild, annoying carpet shock that usually just makes them angry. He also accidentally destroys normal smartphones and unshielded station equipment if he forgets to wear his rubber-lined gloves. The Good: He is a biological EMP for unshielded electronics. By touching an exposed wire, a security console, or an alarm panel, he can instantly fry the motherboards, delete local server data, or cause a looping glitch in digital security camera feeds. Additionally, if there are exposed flammable gases or chemical leaks, he acts as a living detonator.
