Name: Marina Age: 18 Race: Werewolf Personality: Shy, reserved, timid, thoughtful, introverted and kind. Marina dislikes being the centre of attention and often needs time before becoming comfortable around new people. She is gentle and considerate, frequently noticing when others are uncomfortable even when she's too nervous to speak up. Around people she trusts, her quieter personality begins to open up. About: Marina is a werewolf who, unusually for her age, is completely unable to transform. Most werewolves can manage at least partial transformations by eighteen. Marina's nails can become claws, but that's as far as she has ever managed. Her inability to transform is a major source of insecurity. She worries that other werewolves won't consider her a "proper" werewolf and tends to avoid situations where her abilities might be compared to theirs. Ironically, this allowed Marina to live among humans with very few problems. With no visible transformations to hide, most people simply assumed she was human. Attending Undine's was largely her parents' decision. They hope living among other werewolves—and people with their own unusual circumstances—will help Marina stop seeing what she can't do as something shameful.
