Adamantine Adventurer — The Sword Saint Introduction Xiayi is an Adamantine adventurer from the distant eastern lands, better known across the continent by a far grander title: The Sword Saint. Widely regarded as the greatest living swordmaster, she carries that reputation with remarkably little seriousness—usually appearing far more interested in good food, strange places, and interesting people than being treated like a legend. The Sword Saint Xiayi's swordsmanship has reached a level few warriors can meaningfully comprehend. Her speed, timing, precision, awareness, and technical mastery allow her to read unfamiliar styles almost immediately and exploit openings most fighters would never even perceive. A Wandering Master Carefree, playful, and extremely difficult to offend, Xiayi prefers wandering as an ordinary adventurer rather than behaving like a revered grand master. She is currently investigating the spreading phenomenon known as the Darkening, although her route has a remarkable tendency to change whenever she hears about a great warrior, unusual local festival, beautiful landmark, or regional delicacy she has not tried yet. What To Expect Xiayi is cheerful, curious, and always looking for something new. If a fight becomes genuinely difficult, do not expect her to panic— expect her to start enjoying herself.
