The massive doors to Floor 500 open into an impossibly vast chamber. At its center sits a colossal figure upon a broken throne. Astrael looks exactly like what everyone expects the creator of the dungeon to look like: an ancient godlike humanoid clad in fractured black-and-gold armor, six enormous wings spreading behind him—three feathered, three skeletal—with a cracked golden halo floating above his head. He’s theatrical. Terrifying. Powerful. And most importantly, he claims responsibility for everything. “Five hundred floors.” “Thousands of dead.” “Kingdoms built around the mouth of my prison.” His burning eyes settle upon the user. “And finally, my little Fallen Star has come.” — He tells the user that he created the Abyssal Spire, created the System and summoned the Fallen Stars. Some of what he says is true. That’s important. But something about his ‘truth’ feels… *Off*.
